BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Your health and safety
Please tell us before your appointment if you are pregnant or have recently had surgery, a serious injury, blood clots, a heart condition, cancer, osteoporosis, a contagious skin condition, or any other significant medical condition.
If you have a fever, contagious illness or feel acutely unwell, please do not proceed with the massage. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling.
Massage is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you are unsure whether massage is suitable for you, please seek advice from your doctor or other qualified healthcare professional before booking.

BOOKING DEPOSIT
A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking.
BOOKING TERMS
Cancellation, rescheduling & parking
Clear arrangements help us protect your appointment time and arrive prepared.
More than 72 hours’ notice
Rescheduling is free. If you cancel, 50% of the deposit will be retained and the remaining $25 will be refunded.
Between 24 and 72 hours’ notice
If you cancel, the full $50 deposit will be retained. To reschedule, $25 will be retained, $25 transferred, and a further $25 will be required.
Less than 24 hours’ notice
If you cancel, the full deposit will be retained. To reschedule, the original deposit will be retained and a new $50 deposit will be required.
Illness or genuine emergencies
Contact us as soon as possible. One complimentary reschedule may be offered at our discretion.
No-shows and access
If you do not answer the door, cannot be contacted, provide an incorrect address, or the location is considered unsafe, the booking will be treated as a no-show and the deposit will not be refunded.
Late arrival
If your actions delay the scheduled start, the appointment will still finish at the original time and the full fee will remain payable.
Cancellation by the therapist
You may choose a full refund of the deposit or transfer it to a new booking.
Parking
The therapist will first look for free parking. If free parking is not available near the appointment address, the client is responsible for the applicable parking fee.
Safety and professional boundaries
Sexual requests, harassment, threatening behaviour or unsafe conduct will result in immediate termination. The deposit will not be refunded.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
